Meagan Urbanek has been with the firm since 2008, back when it was just her and Gary Medlin. What started as a two-person team has grown into a full staff—and Meagan’s been at the heart of it every step of the way. From Legal Assistant to Office Manager to now COO, she’s seen it all and helped build it all.

Meagan’s the one people turn to when they need answers—attorneys included. Known as the firm’s fixer and sounding board, she keeps the operation running and the team grounded. She’s also deeply invested in helping clients through tough, emotional situations, always leading with empathy and common sense.
Outside of work, Meagan’s on the move. She snowboards, runs 5Ks, rides her mountain bike, and knocks out Spartan races for fun. She’s also a big concert-goer—usually hitting 10 or more a year. Whether it’s the beach or the mountains, she and her husband split their travel between sun and snow (with their son Rex in tow).
