Jacob Gamble is a skilled criminal defense attorney known for his meticulous preparation, persuasive advocacy, and unwavering commitment to his clients. A native of Abilene, Texas, Jacob takes pride in his West Texas upbringing, where he learned the values of integrity, hard work, and community responsibility that now guide his legal practice.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Politics and Law from the University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating Magna Cum Laude, after beginning his studies at the University of New Mexico. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree, also Magna Cum Laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2022.

About Jacob Gamble
During his time at Texas Tech, Jacob stood out for his talent in oral advocacy. He served on the Board of Barristers, won a Moot Court competition, and competed in multiple national Mock Trial tournaments. His passion for trial work earned him a position in the Criminal Defense Clinic under Professors Patrick Metze and Dwight McDonald, where he gained first-chair experience conducting a criminal jury trial in Lubbock County before graduation.
Before joining Dallas Immigration Lawyers, Jacob practiced law in Ellis County, Texas, representing clients in misdemeanor and felony cases. His hands-on courtroom experience and dedication to justice continue to define his approach to criminal defense today.
